Colchester Mortgages Ltd has been set up by Paul Devereux, Debbie Humphrey and John Palmer, who have been involved in Estate Agency for the past few decades.


Having run Palmer & Partners Estate agents since 2004, with branches across Essex and Suffolk, we feel well-placed to refer our clients to Palmer & Partners to assist with all their moving requirements, mortgages and insurance needs.

Dan Morgan Director and Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Dan has been working in financial services since 2014. Dan started his financial career working with high street banks before joining Colchester Mortgages as a mortgage and protection adviser. He has a wealth of experience dealing with all types of mortgage and protection applications. Dan prides himself on his ability to adapt to all scenarios to meet his client’s needs and requirements whilst delivering exceptional customer service and getting to know his clients.

Billie-Jai Day Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Locally based, Billie-Jai has several years working within mortgages and the finance industry. She understands how to support our clients, whether you are a first-time buyer or looking to re-mortgage, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for the business.

Ben Smith Mortgage Administrator
Ben joined Colchester Mortgages as our Mortgage Administrator, bringing expertise and a commitment to excellence. Instrumental in seamless operations, he supports our dynamic team.
